Sale Items All sales are final on 'sale items' and discontinued merchandise. There are no lay-a-ways or in-store credit on sale items. Damage At Cloud 9 Sleep Shop we do our best to insure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, accidents do happen. EXAMINE ALL PACKAGES FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING FOR SHIPMENT. All claims of damage or shortage must be filed in writing within 10 days of delivery. Damaged merchandise will be replaced or repaired. No refunds. Shipping Delays We try to be conservative when estimating delivery of imported and special orders so that you are pleasantly surprised when they arrive early. Regrettably, shipping dates are tentative and there can be delays in Customs. In these situations we work closely with the factory and the distributor to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Late deliveries, though regrettable, can not be refunded due to the nature of special orders.
